Circuit Training System
Aquatic Circuit Training is a fast-paced set of exercises in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 3 minutes and then move on to the next exercise. You begin at a station (a place where a specific exercise is done), and when you complete it, you move to the next station (next exercise). We have developed circuits that alternate between aerobic activity (like stepping or stationary jogging) with strength building exercises (using resistance bands).
What aquatic circuit training provides:
- Increases your aerobic & strength levels
- Burns more calories than other forms of exercise.
- If you are circuit training, do an additional 20 minutes of straight aerobic exercise at least three days a week.
